How we handle what you send us
Last updated: 26 July 2026
YourWeekBack is operated by Sean Knox. This page explains what we collect on yourweekback.com, why, and how long we keep it. Plain language on purpose.
Contact form
When you write in, we store:
- Your name and email
- Business name (if you share one)
- Your message about what eats your week
- Which plan you clicked (if any)
- When you submitted, and roughly which country the request came from (from the network, not a tracker profile)
We use that only to reply about your business and deliver the free prototype / paid work you ask for. We don’t sell it, rent it, or use it to train public AI models.
Submissions are stored in a private Cloudflare database (Workers KV) on Sean’s account. Access is limited to running the practice.
Bot checks
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile (a CAPTCHA alternative) so spam doesn’t fill the inbox. Turnstile may process a short browser signal to decide you’re human. See Cloudflare’s privacy documentation for how that widget works. We also use a hidden honeypot field and basic rate limits on the form.
Site analytics
We record a simple, first-party page-view count (path + day totals) so we know whether the site is useful — not a cross-site advertising profile. No third-party ad pixels. Counts are stored in the same private Cloudflare account and expire after about 90 days.
If you email sean@yourweekback.com, that mail lives in normal email systems used to run the practice. Same rule: reply and delivery only, not resale.
Cookies
We don’t set marketing cookies. Turnstile and the host may set essential technical cookies required for security or delivery.
How long we keep things
- Contact submissions: kept while useful for the conversation and delivery of work, then deleted or archived on request.
- Analytics day totals: about 90 days.
- Rate-limit counters: about one hour.
Your choices
Email Sean at sean@yourweekback.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or delete a submission that isn’t needed for ongoing work. We’ll respond in a reasonable time.
Changes
If this policy changes in a material way, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
